Mission statement: Salko’s Sushi strives to provide the Kents Hill community with fresh and good tasting sushi in a timely fashion on a daily basis.

Salko’s Sushi will be located at Kents hill school Reed hall room 216. Lauren Kathleen Salko is the founder of Salko’s Sushi. She is the owner and manager as well as the person delivering the food to the dorms.  Salko’s Sushi will have one employee whose purpose with the company will be to drive to Augusta, pick up the sushi, and bring it back to Kents Hill. The products available will be most sushi items commonly available and all sushi items that can be purchased at the Hannaford in Augusta. Salko’s Sushi will provide sushi to the Kents Hill community. This is a service that has not before and is not being provided to the community.
